Very much enjoyed this blog post around AI and procurement by Pascal. I completely agree with his insight around the fact that although companies seem to be very willing to discuss the potential of AI within procurement transformation, there seems to be a lack of commitment to take significant risks to exploit it (a few companies aside).
Having spoken to many thought-leaders within the procurement transformation space, there does seem do be an eagerness to explore the realms of cutting costs through the use of AI. But on the other hand, for some customers moving from on-premise to cloud solutions, such as SAP Ariba or Coupa, is daunting enough.
Where can it be taken?
