Airbus generated 67 million euros in 2016 and with Salesforce Einstein, Airbus will use AI to understand its customers much better. It will take things like purchase history and support interactions to make predictions and respond more quickly to customer needs.

Airbus, one of the top two providers of aeronautics, space and related services, has chosen Salesforce Einstein. This will provide a smart CRM platform. Salesforce Einstein‘s artificial intelligence will deliver predictive and personalized customer experiences for the aviation giant. “Airbus is a terrific example of a company that’s putting the customer in the center of everything,” said Alexandre Dayon, president and chief product officer, Salesforce. “By deploying Salesforce, Airbus will be able to understand its customers’ desires more precisely and make smarter decisions that strengthen customer relationships and outcomes.”
