About 4 months ago I posted a blog which was around 'Solving the Shortage of Salesforce Professionals' and how there is a real lack of roles for graduates or aspiring tech heads in the market.

With this newest idea by Deloitte it is safe to say at last there is some real thought into the robustness of the market ensuring that there is a succession plan. 

Being a recruiter it may seem controversial that I should preach the need to essentially take potential fees away from my team. However, I am much more interested in this market having staying power as I am a little bit attached to it - especially when you consider I went to Dreamforce for the first time this year and had a BLAST!

Now all we need is for a few others to take up the mantle... who's next?
