Last week SAP presented the internet talk radio program 'Coffee Break with Game-Changers' and the panel included: Eileen McDargh, Chief Energy Officer (CEO) at The Resiliency Group; Bill Jensen, aka “Mr. Simplicity” and IBM Future of Work Futurist; and Sherryanne Meyer, expert for Human Resources Business Processes and technology at Americas’ SAP User Group (ASUG).

The main topic was the importance of resilience as a skill set - with the ever changing world we live in today the ability to adapt to new situations will be crucial and only those with the ability to adapt and become 'resilient' will always find themselves rising to the top. I personally think the importance of resilience is somewhat underestimated and the panel certainly covered the importance in the article below...
